New York Cheesecake

Our classic New York Cheesecake is a creamy, rich, and decadent dessert. You can serve it plain, or you can order it with your favourite toppings for an impressive birthday, holiday, dinner party or special occasion dessert. The crunchy biscuit base has the perfect balance that holds together beautifully and never crumbles, yet remains moist and slightly soft.

Storage:
We recommend storing your cake in the fridge( ideally in its box) and allowing it to come up to room temperature before serving. Shelf life 6-10 days, depending on the filling. If containing cream up to 6 days, buttercream 10 days. When transporting, your in the car, it’s best in the boot or the footwell, make sure it stays level. Hold the cake box from underneath and do not press the sides of the box.
